Winkleigh Singers Privacy Notice

 

Who we are

The Winkleigh Singers is a small chamber choir based in north Devon. We are a registered charity and the members of the choir elect a board of Trustees each year to oversee the running of the charity. In this Privacy Notice, the Trustees set out their roles and responsibilities in respect of privacy and data protection. The Trustees value the privacy of choir members and Friends of the Winkleigh Singers and this Notice describes how we store and use any personal data provided to them.

As part of the registration process when becoming a member of the choir or a Friend or supporter of the Winkleigh Singers, we collect personal information. We use that information to inform you of important events, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you are still happy to be included in our mailing list. We do not pass on your information to other organisations. We may pass on information about events from other organisations similar to or connected with the Winkleigh Singers.

We do not share any data with any other organisation. It is kept securely on our own servers and only accessed by Trustees.
